To further streamline our services during this turbulent time, we now offer 24/7 account access for our existing clients. With this new functionality, we have accomplished a higher level of transparency and ease of access to your case and account information. You can create a personal profile and access your account online, anytime, 24/7. Our hope is that this newly expanded access will make it easier to access our information and track the progress of your case. So, let us jump in!

Your First Steps

1. Visit and click the “customer portal” button in the top right corner of the home page of the website.

2. Follow the prompts to create your personal login credentials and profile
3. Proceed to access your account and begin to enjoy your new instant access

We will continue to check in with you directly every 30 days, but you can now also access your account details at your leisure, make inquiries, view notifications, and much more.

After you have created your personal login credentials, jump right in and enjoy the newly expanded access to the information and following functions:

  • Queries – ask questions and send us messages directly
  • Actions – see the latest actions on your account and case
  • Payments- make payments, update or change your payment method as needed
  • History – look back at a historical view of your case management history
  • Notices – access notifications and real-time updates to your case
  • Account Status – monitor your case status as for significant changes
  • Email Logs – monitor and access past emails associated with your account
  • Document Uploads – easily upload needed documents to your case
  • Media – stay abreast of any news that could impact your case
  • Credentials – enjoy the security of your own private login credentials
